Proof, Not Promises
Accounts we operate, with numbers pulled from client dashboards and shared with permission. Brand names are withheld under NDA — every figure below is a real account, not a rounded-up illustration.
From stalled to category contender
A private-label brand had been flat for three quarters. The audit surfaced two causes: a catalogue where parent-child relationships were broken, and a chronic stranded-inventory issue nobody was watching. We rebuilt the catalogue structure, recovered the stranded units and restructured advertising around search terms that were already converting profitably.
A storefront that finally converts
Strong traffic, weak checkout. The theme was carrying roughly forty unused apps and loading in over four seconds on mobile. We rebuilt it from scratch, simplified the purchase flow to three steps and installed server-side tracking so paid media could finally be optimised against reliable data rather than guesswork.
Creator-led launch from zero
A new brand with no audience and no reviews. We built an affiliate roster from scratch, committed to a fixed weekly live schedule rather than sporadic streams, and used paid amplification only on organic videos that had already proven they could hold attention past the first three seconds.
A neglected channel becomes a third of revenue
The client treated Walmart as a copy-paste of their Amazon catalogue and wondered why it underperformed. We rewrote listings against Walmart's own quality scoring, moved fulfilment into WFS to earn fast tags, and ran Walmart Connect campaigns in a market where competition for keywords is still comparatively thin.
Reinstated after a related-account suspension
A seven-figure account was suspended over a suspected related-account link, with revenue at zero from day one. We assembled the documentary evidence, wrote the plan of action around root cause rather than apology, and managed the appeal through two rounds of escalation before reinstatement.
One catalogue, four channels, one dashboard
Inventory was tracked in three places and none of them agreed, which meant regular oversells and cancellations. We consolidated the catalogue into a single source of truth, wired automated sync across every channel, and built profit reporting that reconciles fees, ad spend and returns rather than reporting gross revenue.
A note on these numbers
Percentages compare the twelve months before engagement to the twelve months after, unless a shorter window is stated. Results vary considerably by category, capital and competition — these are accounts that went well, and we would be misleading you to present them as typical. During your consultation we'll give you a realistic range for your specific situation, including the scenarios where the answer is that the opportunity isn't worth pursuing.
